Description:Summary:
To assist manager in supervising the housekeeping service employees, ensuring the medical center a high level of sanitation and appearance, and an adequate supply of clean linen, by maintaining a competent, efficient, and sufficiently supplied work force in addition to performing many functions individually.
Maintains grounds by performing such duties as cutting grass and trimming trees and shrubs. Maintains and repairs fire alarm systems, boilers, safety switches, electrical equipment, plumbing, and other types of equipment as per established procedure. Performs basic facility upkeep.
Qualifications:
2 years previous maintenance and EVS experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting. Previous supervisory experience a plus.
