Job Description
As a Customer Sales Associate, you will:
- Provide legendary customer service by proficiently processing transactions, answering questions, resolving issues, and recommending products.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of CoreFirst products and services to offer tailored solutions to customers.
- Assist with branch operations, including record keeping and daily tasks.
Skills & Experience:
- Customer Experience: One year of experience in customer service, including cash handling.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; successful completion of our Retail 101 Training program.
- Essential Skills: Courtesy, tact, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Core Competencies: Adherent to CoreFirst Values of Respect, Communication, Integrity, Initiative, and Accountability.

Physical Requirements:
