As an Account Support Representative, you'll be the go-to contact 
 for customers and internal Account Managers, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. You'll help manage orders, support sales initiatives, and collaborate across departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
Manage orders for new products and maintenance services
Support Account Managers with sales coordination and prospecting activities
Track customer backlogs and monitor market metrics
Assist in preparing presentations and responses to RFQs
Collaborate across departments to ensure customer requirements are met
Participate in marketing campaigns and occasional travel (up to 5%) 
 
 Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in aviation sales or customer support
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
Experience with project management and CRM systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset 
 
 Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Private Pilot's License, A&P License, or other aviation-related certification
