As a R&D Program Manager, you will support the strategy and R&D operations at SNC. You will be responsible for all programmatic aspects of your assigned projects with specifically focused responsibility for cost, schedule and technical planning, tracking and reporting, technical execution, and ensuring overall program performance objectives are achieved. You will participate in strategy planning and business resource planning/tracking in coordination with other corporate entities and responsible to formulate a team that can fulfill program requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring program issues and problems are identified, tracked, and resolved. You will be responsible for program risk management and ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, tracked, and managed. You'll be responsible for conducting routine meetings, interfacing on project/program status, developing project plans, researching/fact-finding, and negotiating with project/program stakeholders to ensure enterprise initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints. You'll support the Vice President of Technology, Strategy Team, and business operations in fulfilling their responsibilities. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Providing the centralized planning, direction, and control required to meet the cost, schedule, and performance goals throughout the life-cycle of their assigned projects • Monitor, update, and report on project performance/status in accordance with the Capture Management and Planning, Program Management and Planning/Tracking, other Program Management processes • Responsible to maintain close contact with internal stakeholders to ensure the highest possible level of program execution and customer satisfaction • Ensure a continuous line of communication is kept open with the appropriate stakeholders and organizational leadership to maintain a high level of program status awareness, provide timely recognition and resolution of problems, identify and coordinate follow-on activities, and support

strategic planning processes

• Participate in strategy, development, review and negotiations for their programs in concert with Engineering, Business Development and the VP of Technology • Support the development and execution of the Research and Development strategic plan within their assigned area of responsibility, as requested • Responsible to identify the staffing/resource needs for assigned and projected programs to ensure adequate staffing for successful program completion • Provide all financial planning documents and Estimates To Complete for each assigned program and ensure all programs meet financial and EVMS goals • Review and approve 'Bi-Monthly Timesheet' reports each pay period • Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Technology
