Job Description

A Bakery Associate is generally responsible for producing donuts and bakery products according to Dunkin’ operational standards and franchisee policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. The Bakery Associate is primarily responsible for producing Dunkin’ bakery products, including muffins, croissants and bagels.

Physical Demands:

+ Standing on feet

+ Repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching

+ Lifting objects including boxes, baskets, and pans up to 50#

+ Working in a variety of areas (cross trained)

+ Strict uniform requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices

Responsibilities Include:

+ Understand end-product specifications and monitor product quality

+ Identify and escalate product quality issues as identified

+ Ensure equipment is used as designed

+ Maintain a clean and organized staging area

+ Maintain a people focused culture in the bakery

+ Communicate effectively and managers and coworkers

+ Work other positions as director by supervisors.
