JOB SUMMARY:
The Supply Room Attendant must possess excellent customer service, work well under pressure, able to multi-task and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for being an example to other Team Members using a continuous improvement mentality and will work to perpetuate a “Creekstone Proud” culture through attitude and actions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Ensure that you comply to company standards, policies, and support company goals
• Must be able to communicate with team members to assist in distribution of supplies for Harvest department
• Organize and sort gloves, frocks, and other equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and answer supply room phone
• Able to complete documentation for new hires and terminations
• Assist in sharpening knifes for teammates
• Must understand and have a “Creekstone Proud” mindset
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, and safe work environment in the area
• All other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to present ideas, concepts, issues, concerns, and questions in a well thought out, positive, and professional manner
• Ability to foster an atmosphere of teamwork and respect
• Functional with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Basic math skills are necessary
• Clear communication skills – verbally and in written form.
• Ability to take direction humbly and collaborate in order to define and pursue team goals
• A positive outlook and attitude in taking initiative and problem solving, unprompted
