Experienced RN who is dedicated to supporting the following groups throughout onboarding, after the official orientation period is complete:
New nurses (0.5-1.5 years of experience), and
Experienced nurses who are novice to a new clinical area
The resource nurse will spend 100% of time on the unit(s) to be accessible to the new grad and/or novice nurses. The resource nurse will collaborate with the Clinical Professional Development Educator to track most frequently requested assistance (skills, knowledge, etc.) in order to enhance orientation and competency sign off process. Scope- Coverage could include the following areas:

What Qualifications You Will Need:
Graduate from school of nursing with either an ADN or BSN degree.
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation. BLS required upon hire. ACLS required within 2 months of hire.
Two years acute care experience,
