What You Will Do In Your Role
The Inventory Reconciliation Analyst role will be supporting the Transportation and Distribution group and be responsible for the following:
Performing site-specific inventory reconciliations between the physical readings and ERP system
Communicate with 3rd party sites and Koch plants/terminals to ensure facility physical data is collected and accurate.
Identify, research, and drive timely resolution of reconciling items
Ensure reconciliations are maintained according to records management requirements
Communicate discrepancies to TSR group to ensure financial reporting is accurate
Historical tracking and reporting of inventory data along with fulfillment of audit requests and inquiries
Customer service support The Experience You Will BringRequirements:
Accounting or Banking experience
Demonstrated success collaborating with internal teams and external customers
Experience working with detailed, time sensitive tasks
Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word (to write business correspondence), Excel (for use of spreadsheets, reporting and simple formulas), and Outlook (for internal and external correspondence) What Will Put You Ahead
Experience with systems for inventory, audit or related areas
