DH Pace Company Inc., is seeking anContract Compliance Administrator who will focus on processing Commercial and Residential contracts/sub-contracts and ensuring compliance in Olathe, KS! This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented and organized individual. The ideal candidate would enjoy multitasking, interacting with customers and peers, auditing, and finalizing contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing Commercial and Residential Contracts/Sub-Contracts to ensurethe companies Risk Management and Operations Policies and best practices are followed and maintained at assigned locations and business units
  • Daily review of Contract tracking, maintained in Sharepoint by Risk Management to ensure reviews and tasks are being performed timely and accurately
  • Be the final review for all Commercial and Residential Contracts and be able to resolve any issues and provide guidance given by Risk and Operations
  • Be knowledgeable about contract tracking site and all other required systems. Attend SODD and other operation meetings to ensure processes are known and being followed. Follow up with Sales, Operations and Administration to complete necessary tracking activities and correct any errors
  • Serve as the liaison between Division Administration staff and Corporate Risk department.Communicate well with all Divisions and Departments
  • Meet regularly with each Administration team member who helps process contracts, to review their individual metrics, ensuring they meet the companys standards and requirements
  • Train others and perform audits in hub and/or satellite offices as needed - traveling up to 35% required
  • Ability to work additional time as required
  • Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Professional business background with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in a fast-pace construction environment
  • Ability to work independently without supervision and in a collaborative group
  • Strong customer service, verbal/written communication, computer and conflict resolution skills
