We are currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst join our team in Wichita, KS.This role is an integral part of our technology team by providing network and procurement support, end user support, incident response, and communicating with others across the organization.

Essential functions of the role:
Evaluate, assist, and complete all Tier II technical requests from Emprise Bank associates
Oversee the imaging and deployment of corporate software, hardware, and upgrades
Facilitate end-user hardware training
Provide recommendations and implementations of technology solutions
Travel to branches as needed to assist with technology needs
Configuring, troubleshooting, and managing Windows Server OS, VMWare, and Windows 10/11
Network troubleshooting - IPv4, TCP/IP, Switching and Routing hardware (Cisco and HP)
VOIP/Telephony Support- Mitel Phone system, SIP
Printer, Scanner, and Fax setup and management
Participate in on-call rotation for critical after-hours support
Active Directory Administration - User, Groups, GPO, DNS, and DHCP
Remote Access support - VPN, Tokens, and Firewall
Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
College degree preferred
2+ years of network or systems administration experience required
Working knowledge of common network protocols (DNS/DHCP/IP-space management)
A+, Network+, Security+, or other IT related certifications preferred
Experience with VMware ESXi administration, Windows server administration, VoIP technologies, Hypervisor, Cisco networking/router, or network switches
Experience troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Office 365 preferred
Experience working in a managed cloud environment (Azure/AWS) preferred

Hours: (40 hours per week)
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: As needed
