Job Description
Adair Acute Care at Osawatomie State Hospital and the Osawatomie State Hospital are currently seeking Clinical Therapist.
This position is an integral and critical part of the overall care and treatment for the patients of the hospital. The incumbent provides therapeutic groups, individual therapy, treatment planning and assessments for the patients admitted to the hospital.
The incumbent is identified as the primary therapist that assists the patient throughout their hospital stay with any situations related to their psychiatric care and treatment. This includes routine understanding of the therapy process, crisis intervention, assistance in post-discharge support to reduce re-hospitalization, revisions to the treatment plan and working across disciplines or with the Treatment Team.
