Job Description
Description:
+ Assist with performing avionics and electrical calibrations and functional tests on systems including: communication, navigation, equipment, AC/DC power distribution, secondary flight controls, autopilot system, electrical portions of anti-ice systems, fuel quantity, fuel control system, climate control system, and pressurization system
+ Install test equipment on the aircraft for ground and/or in-flight troubleshooting
+ Assist with troubleshooting pre/post-flight discrepancies pertaining to avionics and electrical systems
+ Assist with troubleshooting and repairing avionics and electrical systems prior to and after functional tests, which may include performing repairs at the component-level as required
+ Working on top-of-the-line corporate aircraft
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ 2+ years electrical avionics technical school with certificate or equivalent military/vendor training
+ 1+ years experience troubleshooting and repairing aircraft electrical and avionics systems
Pay:
+ $27/hr – $38/hr
Work Schedule:
+ All shifts available (including Monday-Friday and Friday-Sunday)
Placement:
+ 3-6 month Contract to Hire
