We are looking for a maintenance mechanic with both electrical and mechanical experience. Experience in automation controls and programming a huge plus.
This is a 1st shift position. Scheduled hours are from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Must be able and willing to occasionally work outside these hours if needed.
Must be a self-starter and capable of working with little supervision.
Will be required to perform all aspects of maintenance, including but not limited to- PM maintenance, hydraulics, forklift repair, plant electrical (480v-3ph), plant maintenance, lights, plumbing, building, machinery electrical and mechanical repairs, work outside, both in summer and winter as needed, work at heights up to 50’, lifting up to 50 lbs.,
Technician will be using boom and scissor lifts at heights to 40’. Experience operating lifts is important.
Technician will be required to lift over 50 lbs. when necessary
Experience operating forklift.
Will be required to adhere to companies PPE program.
Client provides tools, candidate will be responsible for small tools issued to them, those tools will remain property of said client if candidate is no longer there.
Client needs someone who is dependable. Excessive late and absences will not be tolerated.

Top Skills Details:
-3+ Years of Experience in Maintenance and/Electrical
-PLC’s, Pneumatics and Hydraulics Experience

-Industrial Maintenance Background
-Fabrication/Welding is a plus not required
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with maintenance background
-tools aren’t required but preferred to at least have basic tools for the job
-Electrical Background with Voltage 480, Understand troubleshooting of PLC’s. Programming is NOT Required
-Fabrication/Welding is something they are required to do.
-Industrial Setting for type of work environment they are shooting for in candidates.
-must have stable work history and not have jumpy work history unless it’s justified within reason with solid references.
