Job Description

LPN:  Join our family-like Nursing team in a non-profit work setting – lead by our great Supervisor of Nursing. A fun and uplifting work environment - providing direct health care services to adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. The LPN schedules and accompanies individuals to doctor appointments; serves as a liaison between physicians, nurses, and outside health care professionals; ensures medical documentation is updated and accurate; assists with 60-day Wellness Monitoring and 28-day Medication Cycle fill.  Requires HS diploma/GED, current KS LPN license, valid driver’s license, good driving record, attention to detail, and good communication skills. Some travel within Wichita area required. Prefer knowledge or experience working with persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities and physical disabilities. M-F 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with rotating after hours on-call responsibilities.
