Under the general supervision of licensed physical or occupational therapist, assists in therapeutic treatment to patients; assists in patient transfers; assists with patient flow and maintenance of patient charts.
Bachelor of Science degree in a health-related field such as exercise physiology, exercise science or athletic training or Associate of Arts Degree or Certificate preferred; relevant work experience in a related field.
Responsible for high degree of accuracy, judgment, problem solving and cognitive reasoning.
Discretion and integrity with regard to confidential information.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
CPR certification recommended.
