Kforce has a client in search of a Fraud Customer Service Specialist in Kansas City, MO. Key Tasks of the Fraud Customer Service Specialist: * The Fraud Customer Service Specialist will do Fraud Investigation via various tools * Troubleshoot customer issues and research to resolve customer issues * As a Fraud Customer Service Specialist, you will handle back to back calls regarding customer service set up and potential fraud * During the first 90 days, shifts will be Sunday – Thursday, or Tuesday – Saturday 11AM – 8PM * The Fraud Customer Service Specialist needs a Bachelor’s degree preferred * Excellent communication and strong level of professionalism * Experienced problem solving * The Fraud Customer Service Specialist has proven experience supporting customers * Willingness to learn several specialized investigative tools Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
