As a Solutions Architect for Data Products, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of innovative data products and solutions that would enable Community America's vision of "Segment of One" Member Experience and Strategic plans for Growth and Member Well-Being. You will help identify, solution and deliver analytical data initiatives working with cross-functional business and technology teams. In this role we are looking for individuals who are passionate about data and have a proven track record of leveraging it to power intelligent, insightful, and impactful business outcomes.





Duties & Responsibilities




Develop strong working relationships with business leaders and other stakeholders to understand strategic business goals, metrics, and improvement goals. Work with leadership to identify, align and prioritize Data & Analytics initiatives to help achieve these goals.

Develop product capabilities, needs and roadmaps for key data products/analytical applications including Member Experience Personalization, Member 360 Data Hub, Marketing Analytics, Digital Product Analytics, and Busines Intelligence for business optimization to drive profitable growth, Member experience and engagement.

Initiate and execute incremental business performance improvement opportunities (such as Membership & Product revenue growth or Member Engagement/Well-Being) through data-driven insights and a solid understanding of business priorities.

Develop conceptual prototypes where needed to communicate and gain approval for proposed solutions.

Evaluate buy/build approach and actively work with Analytics and Data Platform teams to scope, design and implement scalable Data, BI, AI/ML, Big Data and analytical solutions in an iterative and value-focused approach.

Partner with business teams and ensure that they are collaboratively engaged in solution development and are adopting implemented solutions to realize intended business goals.

Communicate plans and outcomes to CommunityAmerica leadership in a pro-active fashion that show case the business value being realized from Data & Analytics investments.

Scale Self Service BI across the organization & partner with business leaders to create a data-driven decision-making culture.

Stay abreast with Data Analytics market development & trends and Financial Services industry innovations and apply them into actionable solutions at CommunityAmerica.









Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer or Data Science, Business, Math, Economics or related fields

Advanced degree/certification in Computer or Data Science, business strongly preferred

10+ years of demonstrated experience (including 5+ years in a leadership role) with understanding business goals and needs and translating them into effective analytical solutions.

3+ years of banking/credit union experience preferred

3+ years of management experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strategic business thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and communication skills for driving and collaborating cross functional groups.

Track record of leading complex, large scale data analytics projects and products.

Expert in data understanding and analysis, and business analytics to drive insights and actions.

Demonstrated ability to present analyses, business performance results and actionable recommendations to business and technical clients.

5+ years of solutions development experience using cloud Data & analytics platforms, Data Warehousing, and Big Data technologies.

Good technical understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Artificial Intelligence and statistics, and their application to develop predictive and prescriptive customer solutions.

Proficient in programming languages (SQL, Python) and using visual analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Go-getter with strong ownership to deliver business outcomes.

Have the ability to thrive in ambiguity and define the path forward.
