Launch Consultant I



The Launch Consultant works on the Implementation Team and is responsible for the successful planning, set-up, and configuration of the software suite. A Launch Consultant must be a multi-tasker, who has excellent organization and time management skills and is a superb communicator. The Launch Consultant I is accountable for conducting set-ups and configuration of products. Responsible to assist the customer in selecting the appropriate settings/configurations/ form mapping to meet their needs and deliver high-impact educational content to clients to improve their understanding of the purchased products. Team members are responsible for being a reliable resource to the Launch Consultant team & a dependable team member to assist with the tasks of client on-boarding.

Gather and enter specific dealer setup information

Discuss the dealer's current process flow and walk them through editing what has been loaded to meet their current business model

Perform final configuration, confirmation, and verification of system settings as approved by the dealer

Determine the changes desired with the implementation of their new account to be set up for success

Test the functionality of purchased products.

Travel Required:




BS/BA in related discipline OR an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

2 years of experience in related field

General Data Entry Experience

Highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a team environment

Outstanding verbal & written communication and presentation skills

Ability to effectively articulate and communicate in a way that retains engagement

Ability to "win over" customers, guiding them through client on-boarding and adherence to launch so "go live" date is not pushed or put in jeopardy

Exceptional problem solving abilities

Demonstrated ability toensure successful completion of each product launch

Excellent project management skills

Patience with customers of all technical and business skill levels

Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situation with diplomacy and tact

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Personal qualities include possessing high energy, enthusiasm, determination, and being highly driven while being detail-oriented and organized.

Ability to work at a PC using web-based tools and phone equipment for extended periods of time with limited interruptions

Automotive Industry experience strongly preferred

Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems a plus

Experience with web-based virtual meetings
