Description
As you begin your career training in MedCerts’ Healthcare IT Technician Program you can expect Healthcare IT Technician Online Classes which emphasize Regulatory Requirements, Electronic Health Records (EHR), Organizational Behavior, IT Operations, Medical Business Operations, Networking, and Security.
In your Healthcare IT Technician Training, you’ll get to choose your own path for certification between a Healthcare focus or a Technical focus. The Healthcare path prepares you for certification in Electronic Health Records (CEHRS) and CompTIA’s A+, while you gain exposure to Medical Office Procedures and Administration, and Network , while the Technical path prepares you for certification in CompTIA’s A and CompTIA’s Network+, while you garner experience in Medical Office Procedures and Administration, and Electronic Health Records.
MedCerts’ IT Technician School is well rounded and features 24/7 access to the curriculum with video and course content, program supplements, and all the resources you need for successful independent study. At MedCerts, you also gain access to live one-on-one mentoring support offered Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm ET and Friday from 8:30 am-5 pm ET.
At MedCerts, you will receive a custom New Student Orientation, complete with a personalized Welcome Packages giving you access to online textbooks and workbooks, as well as course schedules, personal log in credentials, and additional helps. MedCert’s delivers IT technician training via our state of the art Learning Management System (LMS).
As a student, your training materials are provided for a full 12-months to help you with exam preparation, regardless of the length of your program. When your program is complete, MedCerts covers your registration costs for the certification examinations you selected when you began your program: Path 1 Participants will qualify for the Healthcare Technician (CEHRS and A+) and Path Two for the Technical (A+ and Network+) – Healthcare IT Technician (CompTIA HCIT). In addition, MedCerts provides you with an Exam Preparation Guides to help you prepare. If you choose to do so, you can also participate in one-on-on Exam Preparation Session with one of MedCerts’ CompTIA healthcare IT technician specialists.
After passing the exam(s), you will be qualified for entry into an exceptional position in healthcare with an emphasis on information technology, presenting you with a multitude of in-demand opportunities.
