Description

PROVIDES ENTRY-LEVEL CALL CENTER SKILLS, INCLUDING COMMUNICATION SKILLS, CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, USING CUSTOMER INFORMATION DATABASES AND CONDUCTING BASIC SURVEYS. THE TRAINING IS DELIVERED IN A SIMULATED CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT. PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION ABOUT THEIR INTEREST AND SUITABILITY FOR WORK IN CONTEMPORARY CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTERS. THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRE-EMPLOYMENT, ENTRY-LEVEL SKILLS WILL INCREASE READINESS FOR MORE SPECIFIC EMPLOYER-BASED TRAINING.
