Summary: Assist in the developing, implementing and monitoring the maintenance of a compliance management system designed to ensure that each functional area of the organization achieves and maintains compliance with all state and federal banking laws and regulations.

Job Descriptions:
Conduct timely execution of monitoring procedures, work paper compilation/review and reporting of results.
Assist in the ongoing -development, implementation and refinement of a comprehensive compliance program.
Assist in conducting risk assessments of banking laws and regulations in support of a risk-focused compliance monitoring and testing framework.
Conduct reviews of compliance policies and procedures, including the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
Assist with the administration of compliance programs related to CRA/HMDA, the validation of related data and the reporting of such data.
Assist auditors and banking examiners in obtaining data requested for audits and examinations.
Assist operating areas with compliance questions and interpretations and provide training as required.
Keep current on all banking laws and regulations for all areas of the bank.
Compliance Certifications Preferred
Previous Compliance experience
