Job Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing execution of implementation projects and coordinating efforts for client and applicable CivicPlus departments – Creative Services, Content Development, Client Support, Training/Consulting, and Product Engineering. Must demonstrate ability to outline and manage project scope; establish and adhere to project timeline; direct internal resources to meet objective goals for project hours and budget. PM I is responsible for successful delivery of assigned projects on time, within estimated project hours and high customer satisfaction.

We’ll expect you to…

Facilitation of virtual client-facing project communication, meetings, and engagements.
Effectively communicates relevant project information to team members and/or clients via written or verbal communication.
Identify, assess and manage risks and change control procedures.
Ensure project quality, schedule, budgets and deliverables meet agreed upon expectations. 
Identifies business development and “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project or customer question and sells to client as appropriate.
What you’ll need to succeed…

Must have strong experience and can adopt various productivity, project and collaboration tools, e.g. Microsoft Project, Visio, Office and SharePoint.? 
Experience working cross-functionally between teams to solve problems and implement solutions.? 
Understanding of local government entities, organization, and practices.
2+ years’ customer service experience preferred. 
Parks and Recreation experience preferred
