The secret to success is in the process, at least for these engineers. Our process engineers not only improve production and repair methods ? layout, lean production flow, tooling/product equipment, material, fabrication, etc. ? they also determine space requirements to ensure efficiency in manufacturing and repair processes in the industrial plant. Their ultimate goal: to continually improve products, processes and personnel. . Our process engineer position is open on the following team:
Electrical Engineering ? calibration and performance verification process for products

We are looking for a full-time Process Engineer at our headquarters in Olathe, Kansas. In this role you will be responsible for utilizing software to create basic fixtures and developing process instructions and create routings.?
Other essential functions include:??
Attends DFT training and demonstrates understanding of Lean Philosophy
Gains knowledge of and demonstrates understanding of ECO implementation
Identifies and resolves defects of basic scope using proper engineering tools and techniques
Participate in Design Reviews with senior members of the process engineering team
Communicates status of work clearly providing visibility to supervisor or mentor
May be responsible for planning own technical work?
Applies design standards and procedures to complete well defined basic tasks and/or projects
