Provides administrative support to a vice president. Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative secretarial duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organization policies and practices. Prepares correspondence, memoranda, and reports. Screens telephone calls and visitors, and resolves routine and some complex inquiries. Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements. Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings. Assists with preparation of reports. Requires a broad working knowledge of departmental and company policies and practices. May utilize the assistance of other administrative assistants on a project basis. Works under limited supervision.

Performs diversified and confidential administrative duties for executive team
Maintains schedules, manages and owns a complex calendar
Develops and shares spreadsheets designed to assist in carrying out various projects
Provides projects and programs with limited supervision
High School diploma or equivalent
Three years administrative support experience operating a computer in a Windows based environment
Five plus years of experience teaming with senior executives or commensurate experience
Strong attention to detail
