Job Summary
Focuses on financial reporting and analytics, supporting regional operations, communications, trend analysis, real estate, and field marketing support. Partners with leadership team to provide reporting and trend analysis for key performance metrics, contests, initiatives. Manages new sites and remodel request process for local third party locations. Acts as a liaison for competitive intelligence and information.
Must be able to travel to stores as needed to monitor store progressAssists with field escalations and communications.Assist in outlining and executing get well plans discovered through audits or other reporting.Ensure Indirect Partner locations are being opened and closed based on established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Driving is an essential function of the job. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license (may not be learner s, restricted or to and from work license) and three consecutive years of active driving history immediately preceding the application that meets Sprint s driver standards. This information will be verified in a Motor Vehicle Report. Applicants must also successfully complete driver’s safety training and otherwise comply with Sprint’s Driver Safety Policy and guidelines. Many positions are eligible for a company car based upon mileage and territory. Sprint company cars are authorized for personal use.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high schoolTwo years project management or related process management experienceOne year of leadership or supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
CAPM or similar Project Management certification
