Job Description: Responsible for assisting staff and line management from multiple business areas in requirement gathering, process mapping and documentation updates. The incumbent will work with various levels of management and staff to explore and help specify system integrations, system requirements and workflow definitions. Responsibilities include: working with various technical and business resources to explore solutions for system challenges, gathering high level information for data mapping and system integration, reviewing and approving proposed solutions made by shared services team and supporting testing teams in providing key elements.
