You would spend much of your day on the phone with medical providers helping them understand the prior authorization process. As prior authorization requests come in, you will review the type of facility and document how the plan covers the service requested. This position is a mix of customer service and administrative work.


Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, stable work history, and strong communication skills. A background in a health related field is a plus.


The schedule for this position is Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm. As part of our commitment to worksite wellness, we are a tobacco-free workplace.
