A DAY IN THE LIFE

You will spend your day at computer reviewing claims in accordance with department standards and following up with providers to ensure all necessary information is included on the claim. You’ll then submit the claim to the TPA for processing. The work also includes posting payments and initiating payables. The work is quite detailed and needs to be completed in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are necessary. Administrative experience in a professional setting and/or claims processing experience is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The typical schedule for this office position is Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm. As part of our commitment to worksite wellness, we are a tobacco-free workplace.
