A shift Manager provides leadership to crew during a shift to ensure that customers receive a fast, accurate and friendly experience on every viisit. They plan for shifts and take steps to ensure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards. The shift manager is responsible for meetings targets and helping assigned departments meet their goals. Other tasks include: Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Dailt Maintenance and Cleaniliness, Quality Food Production, Excetional Customer Service, Scheduling and Training.
