Revenue Cycle Architect
As a Revenue Cycle Architect you manage revenue cycle integration, workflow and technical design across all revenue cycle solutions and venues; articulate operational and financial impacts of workflow and technical decisions to client and Cerner project teams; represent leadership expectations for testing strategy, issue management, conversion readiness and post-conversion responsibilities to Cerner and client stakeholders; and manage project escalations tracking, status and client expectations as point of contact for revenue cycle leadership. You also lead clinically driven revenue cycle (CDRC) conversations across venues; work closely with CIO, CFO, and revenue cycle leadership to define financial metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting prior to conversion; and participate in legacy accounts receivable planning conversations and decisions.

+ Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
+ At least 1 year of health care revenue cycle consulting work experience
+ At least 3 years of technology implementation work experience
+ Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) – Healthcare Financial Management Association
+ Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) – Healthcare Financial Management Association
+ Design and issue resolution experience
+ Understanding of multiple revenue cycle solutions such as registration, scheduling, HIM, charge services, patient accounting.
+ Reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater Kansas City, MO area
+ Ability to travel 0-20%
