What You’ll Do:

Personal Banker I

The Personal Banker I is the face of UMB whose primary goal is to deepen and retain customer relationships along with acquiring new customers.

Create an outstanding customer experience, by engaging in customer conversations in person and over the phone to discover financial needs and provide product and service recommendations.

A Personal Banker I will learn and follow all bank policy and procedures.


- Outbound calling efforts to customers to expand relationships

- Cash handling

- Maintaining accounts

- Opening deposit and loan accounts

- Meet individual sales performance and operational goals

- Perform other duties as assigned
