Job Description

The Role:

The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the Executive Management team and serves a strategic role in the overall management of the company. You will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, budgeting, credit, risk management, treasury services and financial compliance.

Our Ideal Candidate:

•Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles; 10 years’ experience managing people
•Outstanding knowledge and understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance in the finance industry
•Ability to analyze complex financial matters and simplify them down into concise recommendations
•High level of business acumen – ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, KPI metrics and projections. Ability to turn analytics into actionable, short-term and long-term solutions

•Ability to serve as a thought partner to the CEO; influence and drive key business decisions; ability to impact the company from a financial, strategic and operational standpoint
