About This Role:
K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for a COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR, which is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position.
An example of job responsibilities includes but are not limited to the following:
Monitor team compliance. Extensive use of JumpForward and Teamworks daily to reconcile time management plans with practice logs. Communicate with coaches, staff and student-athletes regarding submission and approval of practice logs.
Manage Recruiting Monitoring Program
Update compliance policies and procedures and forms; monitor and document recruiting visits; process transfer information requests; update compliance website; process waivers and violation reports
Manage training table process

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s Degree by date of hire (est mid-June);
Six months to two years of experience working in a NCAA Div I or II athletics compliance office;
Experience using CA, LSDBi and other applicable NCAA programs and computer software; and
Knowledge of NCAA Bylaws.
One to two years of full-time experience working in NCAA Division athletics compliance;
Knowledge of Big 12 Conference rules;
Experience using JumpForward monitoring software; and
Experience using PeopleSoft software.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment; and
Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required.
This position holds expectations of compliance with all NCAA, Big 12 Conference, Kansas State University and K-State Athletics, Inc. rules and regulations.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate:
$ 40,000 to $ 47,500 annual salary
