We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to join our team in Wichita, KS.As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing day to day branch operations, along with building and developing staff accountability for improving customer service and branch success.

Essential functions of the role:
•Establish and communicate branch goals and objectives in addition to implementing strategies to achieve goals assigned to the region as established by the Bank’s overall strategic plan
•Communicates organizational priorities, establishes goals, monitors progress, and provides consistent coaching and timely feedback
•Develop branch level strategies to improve customer commitment and foster an environment that promotes enhancing customer relationships
•Maintain and expand existing consumer and business banking relationships
•Participates in civic and community affairs, functions, and organizations promoting community involvement for the bank
•High School Diploma or equivalent required
•2+ years of management experience required
•Customer service experience required
•Proficiency with larger server based application and Microsoft office products required
•Successfully pass a credit check require
Hours: (38 – 40 hours per week)
Monday- Friday: 8:45 AM – 6:15 PM (hours may vary)
Saturday: 8:45 AM – 12:15 PM (Saturday hours scheduled on a rotating basis)
