The TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR is responsible for creating the B. E. Smith job
opportunity communications written to attract potential applicants. This includes
determining the content of our job postings and deciding which written content will attract
the desired applicants for all positions B. E. Smith is hired to fill. This position writes the
content for sourcing email campaigns and job posts. This position also executes the
applicant response process and the continuous improvement of B. E. Smith s candidate
database. This position is the first interaction most healthcare leaders experience with B. E.
Smith. The professionals in this role decide which applicants are clearly not qualified for
positions based on their industry experience or academic backgrounds. They interact daily
with healthcare leaders from Managers of Surgical Services to hospital CEOs. In addition,
they coordinate closely with B. E. Smith s Executive Search leaders.
Create email content and job postings for all B. E. Smith positions that effectively
communicate job opportunities, responsibilities and qualifications to attract applicants.
Ensure that all technology and media (email platform, measurement application,
website, database, etc.) are optimized and effectively communicating to potential
applicants in a compelling manner.
Ensure accurate measurement and reporting of all candidate sourcing activities.
Manage email replies from candidates and respond to those candidates quickly and
Develop a monthly report that presents an accurate picture of B. E. Smith s confidential
applicant tracking system for distribution and review to all B. E. Smith colleagues.
Document candidate information and ensure the accuracy of B. E. Smith s confidential
applicant tracking system.
Manages and improves application responses in a customized manner in order to
engage candidates in the search process and build relationships between candidates
and B. E. Smith.
Customizes initial response to applicants and collaborates with B. E. Smith colleagues to
coordinate proper follow up with candidates.
Administers and maintains candidate contact databases with updated resumes and
Manages the accuracy of content (i.e. contact information, specialty selection) in B. E.
Smith s confidential applicant tracking system.
Executes and improves existing processes to build candidate loyalty.
Develops and monitors email and job post content to ensure it is targeted, compelling
Documents all macro job sourcing activity for executive and interim searches.
Executes job specific sourcing strategies through email, job boards and any other
equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required
knowledge, skills and abilities.
