Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems. Software Configuration Management and Build Management: DevOps pipeline activities build, deploy using Continuous Integration tools in lower environments such as Development, System Test and Release Test Bed. Troubleshoots issues by enabling DEBUG or update configurations on application server or web server. Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Proactively monitors environments for any configuration mismatch, layering, caching or server hung state and resolve it. Configuration, provisioning and support of these applications hosted in development, system test, release test bed and staging environments. Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering and security compliance. Works closely with Production Support teams to help resolve production issues. Help other teams with new requirements. Run Command Line Interface in JBoss to update data sources to resolve DB2 connectivity issue and help in successful testing and reverts after testing is complete. Works with Development team to make sure they use correct version of approved third party jars for any new requirements. Works with the team to setup node.js and clustering, build and deploy mobile iOS applications for retail stores. Creates tasks /service desk tickets for other teams to resolve issues/activities for environments supported by the DevOps team.
