Position: UX Architect
Location: Mission, KS
Starts: April 29th
Duration: Full Time
Status: Full Time
Rate: $90,000-100,000/yr.
Our B2B automotive tech client needs a passionate UX Architect to join its team fulltime and focus on creating intuitive, user-centered software solutions for its clients.
The UX Architect will be responsible for the design systems of its many CRM software solutions. This includes:
- building, curating, and maintaining the design systems within specific products / solutions
- ensuring design systems are consistent across clients’ brand ecosystems
- determining component guidelines
- solving user-based and business problems related to the successful functionality of the tool
- engaging with engineers to create working components that are visually appealing, functional and intuitive
- providing insights and educational direction on the user experience design both internally and to external vendor partners
Own the overall visual design of products including color palette, typography, iconography, and style
The ideal UX Architect will:
- have 3+ years of experience performing a combination of UX, visual design, or engineering related activities
- have expertise in CSS, JavaScript and HTML
- be proficient with Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools
- have experience working in an Agile environment
- have the ability to work on many projects at once and flexible to change direction and prioritize workload as needed
