Job Description

Responsible for the delivery of Product Specifications Documents to supplier partner(s) or delivery of process specifications to meet business specifications.

May be done in partnership with business partner(s) or via guidance to business partner(s) for execution. Defines system specifications needed to roll out flexible business models. Responsible for understanding business objectives. Performs process or functional analysis to identify gaps compared to specifications, confers and/or drives issues with management for resolution, and ensures overall fulfillment of business specifications. Responsible for day-to-day engagement with business and/or process subject matter experts. Advises and consults with business teams prioritizing allocation of people resources, addressing project team problems ensuring that all team deliverables are met, and developing and presenting proposals of project plan and getting agreement from appropriate stakeholders. Understands and applies theories to policies and operating environment needed to effectively and efficiently complete assignments.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.

Summary:

The position reports directly to the RegionalDirector Pre-Sales Productivity. ThePre-Sales Productivity team develops and delivers tools, systems, training, andenablement programs to NetSuite s solution consultant and pre-sales support employees,in order to improve time to field readiness.* *The primaryresponsibilities of this role will be to manage various programs within the productivityteam including recruiting operations, skills tracking and metrics reporting forthe solution consulting group. As well,this role will assist with developing new programs to support the enablementteam and should have exceptional communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting

o Manage allrecruiting coordination for the pre-sales team including assessment of currentheadcount needs, maintain current job descriptions, liaise with recruiting teamfor reporting and HR for any internal moves

o Manage recruitingbudget and headcount planning for global team

o Liaise withfinance and HR on all recruiting reporting and hiring needs

o Liaise with salesops on commission set up for new employees

o Assist with execSC team to assist with succession planning and skills analysis on team

  • Reporting

o Develop monthlyand quarterly productivity reports for the SC exec management team.

o Pull ad hocreports for teams as required

o Manage and analyzehighly confidential information

o Run skill searchesfor managers as required

  • Productivity

o Develop and managesocial media program for worldwide SC team

o Support and assistwith asset creation global productivity projects

o Assist with brandingand messaging for NetSuite SC team

o Develop and manageskills set database for global SC team

Qualifications/Skills:

  • RequiresBachelor s degree, or equivalent experience
  • 8-10 years experience of project management orcoordination role
  • 5-7 years experience in a recruiting orrecruiting support role within technical industry
  • 3-5 yearsexperience performing data analysis
  • Previousexperience working with confidential information
  • Strongorganizational skills and demonstratedability tomulti-task effectively within a high pressure environment while meeting strictdeadlines.
  • Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work well in fast paced and deal withchanging priorities.
  • Musthave exceptional computer skills with high level ofproficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel andPowerPoint. Ability to manage social tools for the team would be considered anasset.
