Job Title: Service Representative 

Department: Service

Reports To: Service Team Leader



JOB SUMMARY:     Deliver beer orders in a timely manner; rotate, pull-up & face coolers; build and merchandise displays; merchandise account leaving it in pristine condition.




  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid Kansas CDL License and excellent driving record required

  • Must pass Physical and Drug Screening
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in sales, customer service or related field desired




  • CDL license and DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
  • Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting of 160 pounds, pushing and pulling required of objects up to 340 pounds

  • Work in adverse weather conditions
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Neatly groomed at all times; clean, fresh uniform, steel toed black shoes and belt

  • Baseball caps must be worn bill facing forward and be approved by Operations Manager
  • Ensures the safe use of company equipment
  • Attends all training sessions as required
  • Attends all meetings on time and as scheduled
  • Attends work as scheduled – no unexcused absences
  • Work schedule can range from 4:30 am until route is complete





  • Adhere to Anheuser-Busch quality control standards at all times through stock rotation and adherence to distress flow procedures

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely service and follow-up
  • Adhere to all beverage laws of the State of Kansas



  • Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with customers at all times
  • Deliver all beer and non-beer orders, check case counts to ensure accuracy of invoices

  • Meet all time windows
  • Pick up breakage and out of code product
  • Stock, rotate and merchandise each account
  • Build displays with appropriate themed POS following our merchandising standards
  • Install permanent, temporary and custom POS as requested
  • Place or deliver banners as requested
  • Rotation, every account, every call; maintaining compliance with our distress flow chart
  • Ensure all authorized packages appear on the shelves and are faced.
  • Coolers are stocked, pulled up and faced every account, every call 

  • Packages must be maintained in clean, undamaged condition; breakage is traded out
  • Refreshes all displays every account, every call 

  • Clean and check in truck
  • Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate and timely fashion 

  • Conduct additional duties as requested by Service Team Leader
