Job Description

Description: A full-time position on one of our Customer Support teams for a business located in the Great Bend, KS area. EOE

Skills: Must have a positive attitude, ability to work as part of a team, enjoy working with people and possess a drive to provide excellent customer service. Strong computer skills, problem solving, adaptability, time management, and verbal and written communication skills are required. Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-9 and CPT codes is a plus. High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Duties: Bring your passion for helping others, willingness to learn, and we will coach, mentor and train you on the job specific functions and the healthcare industry. As a member of the Customer Support Team, you will:
• help members and providers by accurately providing healthcare benefits and claims related information
• maintain strong relationships with clients while resolving questions, calls, and claims efficiently (primarily over the phone) in a fast-paced office environment
• rely on your problem solving, decision-making, and multi-tasking skills to resolve a high volume of health plan benefits and claims inquiries.
