Boat Assembly Technician

Coach Marine Group are Designers and Manufacturers of top quality, fully featured boats. We currently are producing the Xcursion line of Pontoons and Tri-toons, utilizing the latest production and Engineering technology available. Job Summary:

Assemble, fit, fasten, and install parts of Xcursion Pontoons.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

Assemble and install equipment meeting high quality standards and daily production numbers
Read blueprints, illustrations, or specifications to determine layouts, sequences of operations, or identities or relationships of parts.
Inspect or test installed units, parts, systems, or assemblies for fit, alignment, performance, defects, or compliance with standards, using measuring instruments or test equipment.
Use basic hand tools and power equipment.
Inspect parts for accuracy and quality.
Read and interpret manufacturing schedules.
Read and understand units of measure.
Collaborate with engineers and managers to solve problems.

Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
Familiarity with power tools
Ability to follow assembly diagrams
Ability to climb ladders and move around inside and outside of boats
Deadline and detail-oriented
Work independently in a fast-paced environment
