Under the direction of Registered Neuro Technologists, performs for diagnostic use by physician, standard neurodiagnostic procedures, and recordings for monitoring additional physiological phenomena by means of appropriate techniques. Works under the direction of Registered Neuro Technologist and the EMG Technician in obtaining data for use in diagnosis of neuro disorders.

Required Skills

Minimum Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent GED

+ Enrolled in a CAAHEP accredited EEG/EMG program

+ Current BCLS certification when hired; certification must be kept current for continued employment

+ Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written in English
