The Engineering Services Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for delivery of services for refining and life sciences clients located primarily in the Midwest, but with potential to cover the entire US.
Overall responsibilities will include managing existing business while exploring and developing additional opportunities for growth within captured oil and gas, refinery, and life science clients as well as pursuing new prospective strategic targets. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships within the customers’ organization in order to create a trusted advisor status for Technology Plus, a PDS Tech Company, and looking for new ways to deliver solutions to both existing and prospective client base.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
+ Explore business opportunities with strategic clients in the Midwest region while delivering targeted revenue growth.
+ Effective management of interfaces with entire onsite business units as well as field delivery and fulfillment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
+ Manage clients database (in CRM) to capture interaction at all times.
+ Continuously improve client engagement models and work processes through leveraging lessons learned from services delivery in order to maximize client value, customer satisfaction and profit margins.
+ Prepare comprehensive weekly status reports covering client site visits and services delivery
+ Gather client/market intelligence to promote TPI solutions
+ Insure efficient and timely delivery of solutions to address client’s plant maintenance and operational needs are met.
Qualifications & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree – Experience in lieu will be considered
+ Staffing industry knowledge a plus
+ Proven experience in providing plant engineering related services for world class refining facilities
+ Proven client experience delivering engineering talent, design or drafting services
+ Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and communications skills; written, verbal and presentation skills
+ Strong client relationship building skills and experience is a must
+ Background in solution selling required
