Assemble, test, troubleshoot and repair of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems and components used on mobile airline deicing & catering equipment. Requires documented experience, training and knowledge in assembly, installation, testing, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Read and interpret build documentation on all systems. Electrical system interface with mechanical and hydraulic systems. Identify faulty components during the assembly process and may be required to test assembled parts and products to ensure proper functionality.
Minimum of two years recent mechanical, hydraulic, and 12 volt electrical systems experience on heavy and or mobile equipment; or automotive mechanical, hydraulics, and electrical experience with 12 volt electric systems and components. Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical test & troubleshooting skills required. Math and measurement aptitude. Basic computer skills. Read and interpret diagrams, drawings, sketches, schematics, and other production and engineering documentation. Detail oriented. Advanced Electrical skills, ASE or other automotive mechanic certification a plus. Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 75lbs on a regular basis, have a HS Diploma or GED and a complete set of tools
