Job Description

ADT is seeking a data-driven, Social Media Analyst for a full-time position. The ideal candidate would have a solid knowledge of overarching analytics acumen with a focus on all social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Background in digital advertising is strongly recommended. Core responsibilities include reporting and analysis of all active campaigns which include optimization, brand monitoring / online community engagement and process optimization. The ideal candidate would also be able to take analytical insights and help to create relevant, engaging content for social. At ADT, we work as a collaborative team, so you should enjoy strategizing, innovating, conceptualizing and tracking results in real-time. Experience with any omni-channel tool like Omniture / Adobe Analytics is a strong plus.

•Managing and deploying all needed assets for Social Campaigns
•Analyzing user engagement (e.g. click-through and bounce rates)
•Reporting on web traffic for all social media
•Building and supporting SEO strategies by implementing keyword priorities into content marketing projects
•Place media buys on social platform and deploying our social advertising strategy

•Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes

•Know how social works and turn analytics and knowledge into new content
•Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company

Bachelor degree in Business or related field

2+ years in Social Media advertising experience or other related experience including analysis.

Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns

Familiar with Social platforms ad managers – especially Facebook Ad Manager

Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends

Excellent communication skills

Time management and multitasking skills

Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management is a plus

Experience in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
