Job Description

ADT is seeking a strategic, multidisciplinary Marketing Specialist for a full-time position. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, understand about the creative development process, ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and be diligent in keeping teams on track for projects. Our idea of a good fit means you are a creative thinker, organized, deadline-driven, who keeps up with the latest industry trends and develops on-target solutions for many different teams and departments across the company.

•Contribute to planning and decision making, ensuring teams across Marketing and agencies.
•Reviews creative in circulation for quality control, consistency with project specifications and business goals.
•Manage day-to-day Podio and ensuring creative is being moved through the proper processes.
•Works with third-party vendors to ensure collateral, swag and other business-essential materials are managed correctly and assist with the ordering process for the field.
•Seeks feedback from the field about what is working, what isn’t and follows-up with core group of managers and reps.
•Works with finance and marketing teams to create special offers and launch them in the field while working alongside creative team on developing assets/resources.
•Develops new and innovative ways to disseminate integral communications (product launches, etc) to reps and centers.
•Manages Chatter daily chatter communication to all company.
•Collaborate across teams and amplify creative for broader use across the company.
•Build credibility & maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.
•Plan and take part in the launch of new products and involve several different departments in such product launches.

•Bachelor degree in Business with a Marketing major is preferred.

•2+ years marketing or advertising agency experience

•Understanding of current marketing trends in the industry

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Time management and multitasking skills

•Strong attention to detail.

•Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management is a plus

•Familiarity with project management software such as Podio or BaseCamp is a plus
