ADT is seeking a results-driven, Social Media Coordinator for a full-time position. The ideal candidate would have a thorough working knowledge of all social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). You must be able to build multi-purposed social campaigns in all platforms with a keen understanding of objectives, optimizations and KPIs. •Assists in Content, Creative, Campaign Strategy
•Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
•Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
•Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
•Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
•Work with Marketing department and coordinator stakeholder feedback and meetings
•Suggest new ways to attract prospective customer and help existing customers
•Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
•Maintain company social media pages and profiles
•Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
•Implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
•Lead new/beta “campaign” efforts (Facebook Messenger, Snapchat testing, Pinterest testing)
•Help brand, configure and integrate social technologies
•Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications
•6 months- 3 years+ of Social Media or other related experience.
•Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
•Familiarity with Social platforms ad managers – especially Facebook Ad Manager is a plus
•Excellent communication skills
•Time management and multitasking skills
•Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management is a plus
