The right candidate will effectively provide general administrative and clerical support for our real estate appraisal department. Duties include assisting the appraisal department with assignment requests, research, data entry/report writing, preparing maps and managing internal data bases. Good grammar, writing & computer skills a must; previous administrative and/or real estate experience a plus. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS – Proven administrative assistance experience – Strong written and verbal communication skills – Knowledge of office management and procedures – Excellent time management skills, be able to prioritize and multi-task – Attention to detail and problem solving – Solid organizational and planning skills – Proficiency in MS Word
