Job Summary
Coordinates and manages program operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling staff, coordinating activities and appointments of individuals served, and maintaining records.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for hiring, training, supervision and coaching of direct reports to maximize employee engagement and achieve desired results.
  • Manage program operations, including coordinating appointments and activities, providing training and guidance to persons served, and overseeing the accounting of individual finances.
  • Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist individuals with integration into the community by accompanying them to recreational and social activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, including records of activities and developmental progress of persons served.
  • Provide on-call assistance to staff during emergencies and locate staff to fill shifts as needed.
  • Implement behavior plans and strategies. Intervene when aggressive and/or inappropriate behavior occurs.
  • Handle house petty cash and individual funds.
  • Prepare reports and other correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.
